We are expanding rapidly, with two new state-of-the-art production facilities in Mesa, Arizona launching in 2025. Key Responsibilities

• This Electrical Technician position will require a hands-on individual that can work with manufacturing and production team to evaluate, implement, develop, and maintain solutions to complex manufacturing process.

• Review 3D CAD models and engineering drawings to develop accurate manufacturing work instructions per manufacturing engineering specifications.

• Create and update Standard Work, work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids for fabrication and assembly operations.

• Collaborate with design, Safety, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure instructions reflect current processes, standards and aligned with lean principles.

• Specify and document equipment, tooling assembly sequences, fixtures, and quality checkpoints.

• Assist in updating and maintaining documentation for engineering changes and process improvements.

• Ensure all documentation aligns with XNRGY’s quality and safety criteria.
  Provide feedback to engineers on potential design-for-manufacturing improvements based on Lean Manufacturing best practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical documentation role.
  Proficiency in reading and interpreting 3D models and engineering drawings (SolidWorks experience a plus). Also add AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and testing.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  Ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced production environment.
