As part of our rapid U.S. growth, XNRGY is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineering Project Manager to join our on-site team in Mesa, Arizona. Reporting to the Director of Application Engineering (AE), this role is responsible for driving execution across engineering, manufacturing, and field service activities. This role ensures alignment between teams and supports successful delivery from design through startup and commissioning.

An overview of your responsibilities!

  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams (AE, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Field Service).

  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues impacting delivery.

  • Support field execution, including site readiness, commissioning, and occasional site visits.

  • Coordinate with clients and contractors on project status and key milestones.

  • Maintain visibility of project status, including schedules, deliverables, and updates.

  • Track purchase orders, invoices, and change orders related to project execution.

  • Ensure timely flow of information between engineering and field teams.

  • Identify and improve gaps in coordination and execution processes.

What you'll need, among other things!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • 4 years of experience in engineering and operations support in a distributed, technical environments, preferably with mission-critical products such as CRAH units, chillers, or HVAC systems.

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

  • Practical knowledge of construction, general contractor, site and installation dynamics.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple functions.

  • Consistently meets deadlines and provides proactive support to leadership.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
