Position Overview

The HSE Field Project Manager drives health, safety, and environmental excellence across nationwide field service operations, primarily supporting new data center builds. Reporting to the QHSE Director and partnering closely with the Service organization and cross‑functional teams, this role leads HSE planning and execution for commissioning, repairs, and maintenance activities across the U.S.

The position blends hands‑on field leadership with program development, including establishing a structured HSE program for field services and delivering a comprehensive HSE training curriculum to service teams.

Opportunity

The successful candidate will join a team driving the development of a dynamic company that is reshaping the infrastructure behind one of the most transformative markets in decades: AI. With two new production facilities in Arizona, XNRGY is increasing its manufacturing capacity by 200%.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Develop and lead structured HSE project plans for three critical service activities:

  1. Rework of incomplete units from the factory

  2. Start-up and commissioning support

  3. After-sales repairs under warranty or customer request

  • Apply project management methodologies (PMI, Lean, or Agile) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and manage timelines to align with operational and safety objectives.

  • Monitor progress through KPIs and dashboards, proactively addressing risks and adapting plans as needed.

Safety Leadership:

  • Champion a proactive safety culture where HSE considerations are integrated into all service activities and decision-making.

  • Act as a visible leader during field operations, reinforcing compliance and safe work practices.

System & Program Development - Business Management system (QHSE):

  • Improve and maintain HSE systems, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, state/local).

  • Integrate HSE requirements into service workflows and project planning to minimize risk.

  • Design and deliver HSE training programs for field service teams to ensure competency and compliance.

  • Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety audits for field projects; lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

  • Track and analyze HSE performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with all XNRGY functions to embed HSE principles into operational processes and commissioning plans.

  • Support environmental sustainability initiatives within field operations, including waste reduction and energy efficiency practices.

First 12 Months

  • Establish a structured HSE program tailored to field service operations.

  • Develop and roll out a comprehensive HSE training curriculum for service teams.
