Position Summary:
Itron is seeking a proactive and reliable Contract Facilities Associate to support day-to-day office operations at our Singapore site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilities Operations: Oversee daily office upkeep, workspace readiness, meeting room management, vendor coordination.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Liaise with building management, coordinate service providers, track invoices.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: Support safety procedures and facility inspections.
• Administrative Support: Assist with office events, documentation, courier, mail, procurement, and internal coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities or office coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with facilities processes and vendor management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in multinational corporate environments.
• Knowledge of procurement workflows.
• Exposure to hybrid or coworking environments.
