Purpose of the Role:

As the Associate Project Manager, you will assist the Program team in fulfilling the goals of a specific project and ensuring smooth delivery of assigned projects from start to finish and according to contract documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or greater education in an engineering discipline or equivalent years of experience.
  • You have 3-5 years experience.
  • You have Project Management skills, including the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • You have experience with project management tools.
  • You are a collaborative/team player comfortable leading as well as executing and taking constructive input from multiple sources.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have PMP certification.

What Success looks like in this role:

  • You will understand a project’s scope and create documents for project requirements.
  • You will conduct project meetings to communicate individual roles and project expectations and ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
  • You will monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluate progress and quality, and manage issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • You will maintain the quality of all project documents/data to assure the integrity of a project.
  • You will work with the project manager to report analyzed data and communicate results.
  • You will adhere to standardized format guidelines and improvement activities to develop a higher standard.
