About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Team Leader (f/m) to join and lead our Infra Team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing / Buillding our infra’s ;
• Automated Deployment using Terraform ;
• MCO/MRO ;
• FinOps: cost efficiency ;
• Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, evaluate options, propose enhancements ;
• Responsible for the technical onboarding of the newcomers ;
• Establish priorities for ongoing tickets, maintenance, critical issues and ensure assignation to the team members ;
• Being responsible of post-incident analysis; follow-up on incidents and their root cause analysis ;
• Coaching team members and ensure their technical capabilities ;
• Support Cloud Engineers on complex subjects and provide technical solutions to resolve the issues ;
• Responsible for all major architectural decisions ;
• Responsible for the Definition of Done ;
• Responsible for executing Disaster Recovery & follow-ups ;
• Being in charge of documentation maintenance ;
• Monitor team productivity ;
• Responsible of continuous improvement of the monitoring / logs / metrics.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Having a strong knowledge of major Clouds (AWS currently, expanding to others Clouds) services (compute, network & content delivery, security and storage) ;
• Used to SaaS editor, pure-player : Cloud-Native applications/infra experience [DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, Consul, Prometheus…] ;
• Being already experienced in leading small/mid-size team(s). Able to mentor and inspire a team of cloud professionals, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement ;
• Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration in and between teams, being proactive and initiative, in particular to Dev’ teams colleagues ;
• Being passionate about and proficient in automation: ability to scale the infra ;
• Fast growing, but production first : monitoring experience for follow-the-sun availability [currently Asia / Europe / Latam] ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issue ;
• Able to create and maintain comprehensive documentation ;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English is a must ;
• As a bonus already having one of these certificates (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Kubernetes / Nomad / Consul, Terraform.)
