We are looking for a driven individual to join us in the role of EA / Office Manager. This role is a 70/30 split between providing EA support to two Founders (CEO and CTO) and office management.

As a growing start up, we work at pace so we’re looking for someone with bags of initiative, dazzling people skills and the ability to spin multiple plates - a typical day in the life of this role could involve coordinating an overseas trip for our CEO with multiple stops, working with our Head of People to organise a fantastic onboarding experience for a new starter, to finding a unique venue for our quarterly company get together.

Lastly, we're seeking someone who can bring positivity and resourcefulness and who is excited by the prospect of evolving our company procedures and operations as we grow.

Responsibilities

Executive Support (70%)

  • Proactive organisational support to 2 Co-founders (CEO & CTO) handling calendar management, global travel, and managing communications with customers and stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who can is prepared to anticipate changes at short notice and be ready with fallback plans and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with activities, projects, and initiatives in order to maximise information flow to the CEO and CTO.
  • Collaborate in crafting visually engaging slide decks, reports and documents as needed.
  • Financial administration e.g. compile expense claims, order supplies, approve expense and travel booking requests (we use TravelPerk) and reimbursements etc.

Office Management (30%)

  • Ensuring our office is presentable, welcoming and a fun and enjoyable place to work.
  • Ordering office supplies, keeping the snack and stationary cupboards stocked up.
  • Taking responsibility for office and employee health & safety e.g. workstation and DSE assessments
  • Organisation of company wide events such as away days, summer parties, and offsites, partnering with teams across the business.
  • Helping with People activities – new employee on-boarding, meeting and greeting candidates.
