About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized Supply Chain and Operations Associate to manage the movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout our hardware supply chain. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, finance, and manufacturing teams to ensure that every part, assembly, and shipment moves smoothly from procurement through delivery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supply chain management, process optimization, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage purchasing and inventory for hardware components, subassemblies, and finished goods.
  • ERP & Data Management: Maintain and update records in our ERP system—including purchase orders, receipts, and inventory adjustments—ensuring data accuracy across all supply chain processes.
  • Contract Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate with contract manufacturers to track build progress, resolve supply issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, engineering, and customer service teams to support cross-team initiatives and projects.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing purchasing and inventory within NetSuite.
  • Background in manufacturing, consumer goods, or hardware-based industries.
  • Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000, plus a competitive equity package.
