About Andium

Do you want to have global impact?

At Andium we help Oil & Gas companies reshape the future, while working toward Net-Zero emission goals. We are building technology that helps the world’s leading energy companies reach their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals through transformative innovation. Along that pathway, we have helped achieve 46% operations cost savings and 65% reduction in emissions.

How do we do it?

Unique in the marketplace, we are an Industrial Internet of Things, IIoT, company that designs, builds, and implements integrated technologies to perform end-to-end methane gas monitoring and tracking, allowing our customers to maximize field resources to resolve situations real-time. Our technologies combine on-site multi-dimensional video with a machine learning/AI-based platform. Our designs are based on past and current performance and where the market is heading. We are financially strong with a clear path for growth.

This role reports to the Head of Product and is ideal for a self-sufficient designer who’s comfortable taking full ownership, from intake to delivery of design tasks that directly impact real-world users.

You’ll be responsible for translating functional requirements into polished, production-ready designs in Figma, while building scalable design systems and experiences across web, mobile, and iPad platforms. • Own the end-to-end design process from wireframes to flows, high-fidelity mockups, and documentation.
  • Design for multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and iPad.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and patterns.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate and implement designs.
  • Clearly document designs for efficient developer handoff and stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in iterative design feedback and user testing cycles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of UI/UX experience, with a track record of designing AI-driven products for technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, responsive design, prototyping, and asset libraries.
  • Experience building and managing design systems.
  • Strong capability designing across web, mobile, and tablet form factors.
  • Proven ability to translate loosely defined requirements into structured, elegant user interfaces.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship clean, intuitive, and well-documented designs.
  • Experience designing B2B applications.
  • Experience with IoT hardware is a plus.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with innovative technology in a fast-growing sector, shaping the future of industrial data platforms.
  • Design experiences with real-world impact, used daily by field operators and enterprise clients.
  • Grow your career in a collaborative, design-forward environment.
  • Competitive compensation package, including comprehensive health, vision, dental, and more.
  • Generous vacation and sick leave, including paid parental leave.
