SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations, RNC is a key member of the Residential New Construction leadership team, accountable for consistent, safe, and profitable execution across all branch locations and field delivery teams nationwide. This role sets the operating cadence, standardizes how work is planned and performed, and delivers measurable improvements in throughput, labor utilization, safety, quality, and customer experience.
The ideal candidate has senior operations leadership experience in construction or specialty trades and can lead a geographically distributed organization through scale. Success requires strong field execution fundamentals (scheduling, labor planning, materials readiness, subcontractor performance), a data-driven approach to KPI management, and the ability to drive adoption of enabling technology and standardized processes. Ability to plan for growth as well manage the downturns and maintain operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in construction, specialty trades, or distributed field service; including multi-site oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and managers; strong track record improving productivity, utilization, quality, and on-time delivery through standard work and KPIs.
• Hands-on strength in construction scheduling, labor planning, logistics/materials readiness, and subcontractor management (selection, onboarding, performance management).
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement; ability to translate financial targets into operational actions.
• Proven change leader with experience scaling operations, implementing process improvements, and driving adoption of field technology and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Lean/continuous improvement training (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and strong analytical skills (dashboarding, KPI design, root-cause analysis).
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across functions and drive alignment with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% nationwide (including overnight travel as needed).

The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000-$150,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
