SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Dealer Success Coach that will assist us in our mission by assisting with onboarding new dealers and supporting existing dealers. This role is a key part in helping to make our dealers successful in their markets with Aeroseal.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of successful experience in a customer-facing role
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with contactors, builders, and other industry influencers.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience with MS Office Applications.
- The ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Experience in SalesForce or other CRM
- Basic understanding of service industry contractors preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with execution of all new dealer DD onboarding tasks as specified by the onboarding checklist.
- Assist with execution and delivery of monthly certification training class (Kick-Start) for new dealers.
- Record and monitor all onboarding metrics to ensure success.
- Provide proactive, comprehensive coaching throughout year one for all new dealers.
- Gather best practices for redistribution to dealer network.
- Expect approximately 10% travel, including overnight trips.
- Assist with execution of all new dealer onboarding tasks as specified by the onboarding plan, achieve integration and success with new dealers.
- Maintain new dealer scorecard on progress.
- Prepare reports for leadership on dealer performance and engagement.
The estimated pay range for this role is $70,000-$82,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
